This promotion is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. 

Prize: One Rusty Happy Shovel Surfboard valued at $1,500 and $500 worth of merchandise from First Base. No substitutions of the prize will be made. No cash alternative. Once prizes have left Rusty and First Base’s premises, they take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. 

Timing: The promotion will run from 4th of June 2015 to 18th June 2015. Winner will be announced on 19th June 2015.

Winner Determination: Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. The judges’ decision is final. The winner will be contacted via Instagram on 18th of June 2015. The winner of the competition must be a resident of Australia.
