General Shipping Information

We ship all orders via Australia Post from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Due to a high volume of orders during our Black Friday promotion, dispatch may take longer than usual. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and then shipped via your chosen method. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your delivery progress directly at auspost.com.au.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

We process orders quickly to make sure you receive them on time. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at online@rusty.com.au as soon as possible. During our Black Friday promotions, we are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Rusty cannot advise on specific customs policies, and we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

If a package is held or seized by customs, Rusty will not issue a refund unless the items are returned in their original condition. Shipping fees and any charges paid to local authorities are non-refundable if you refuse or return your order.
