Returns & exchanges: We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for change of mind. Please note: sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, unless faulty. View our Returns Policy for full details.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are not valid on already discounted products, wetsuits or surfboard accessories or custom and collab items.
Gift Cards
Valid for 3 years from purchase date and redeemable only on the Rusty Australia online store. Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash refunds. Returned items will be credited back to the original gift card. E-gift cards are treated like cash, and lost or stolen e-gift card codes cannot be replaced.
$2 Tote Offer
To be eligible for the $2 Tote offer, you must have at least one other Rusty item in your cart.
No further discounts or offers can be redeemed at the same time.
Discount is applied at checkout.
#OURKIND of Loyalty
As #OurKind of member, you’ll earn points and exclusive rewards every time you shop. To redeem your points, head to the checkout and enter your discount code or select your reward from the dropdown menu. Please ensure you are logged in under your loyalty account.
Loyalty Points
Points, which are redeemed as dollars off at checkout through a discount code, can be used on full price and sale items. Only one ‘'dollar off’' discount code can be used per order at a maximum of $50 off any single order.
Loyalty Point Minimum Spends
Please note minimum spend requirements for point rewards:
Get $10/$20/$30 off when you spend $50+
Get $40 off when you spend $60+
Get $50 off when you spend $70+
Shipping fees are not included in the minimum spend requirements and do not contribute to your dollar off rewards.
